Considerations
To ensure optimal results, please follow these guidelines:
1. Avoid touching or rubbing the treated area for a least 4 hours.
2. Remain upright for 4 hours after treatment
3. Avoid strenuous exercise and heat exposure (saunas, hot tubs) for 24 hours.
4. Refrain from alcohol and blood thinners (e.g., aspirin, ibuprofen) for 24 hours to reduce bruising.
5. Do not apply makeup to the treated areas for a few hours.
6. Mild redness, swelling or bruising may occur, which typically resolves within a few days.
