Returns & Exchanges
Unopened & Unused Products: Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products.
Allergic Reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction, please discontinue use immediately and contact us within 7 days. We may offer an exchange or credit after assessing the situation and confirming the reaction was due to the product.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will gladly exchange it for the same product or provide store credit.
